Job Summary

Partner with Sales to deliver technical, data, and AI solutions for life sciences customers across discovery and solution design. Own live, plain-language demos and no-code exploration that turn analyses from weeks to minutes. Build reusable AI-centric demo assets and frameworks, position trusted AI and data governance for deal acceleration, support AI councils and security reviews, and mentor junior SEs while identifying expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales during discovery to identify technical, data, and AI requirements, pain points, and desired commercial outcomes for life sciences clients.
•Provide expert guidance on healthcare claims and real-world data, including clinical ontologies, identity resolution, and patient-journey insights.
•Design and present tailored solutions combining the Healthcare Map, AI engine, and software products, quantifying business value.
•Run live, plain-language technical and AI-powered demonstrations and handle ad-hoc technical questions in real time.
•Support customer AI councils, security reviews, and enterprise procurement, and mentor junior SEs while feeding signals back to the product/AI roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,000 - 222,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account management selling software, real-world data, and analytics to life sciences/pharmaceutical companies.
•Deep familiarity with large BioPharma functional areas (e.g., Commercial, HEOR/RWE, Medical Affairs) and experience driving material improvements.
•Hands-on builder mentality with AI agents/applications (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, LangFlow) and experimentation with analytics copilots.
•Working fluency with enterprise analytics AI/ML concepts (LLMs, generative/agentic AI, retrieval-grounded analytics) and explaining AI trust, reproducibility, and governance.
•Strong data foundation including healthcare claims/real-world data (e.g., 837/835, NDC codes, clinical ontologies) with working SQL and Python; APIs and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure).
