Workplace Operations Lead

Lead the global workplace experience by shaping and executing our workplace strategy, overseeing facilities and vendor relationships, and partnering with People, IT, Security, and Finance to reflect Perplexity’s culture in physical spaces. This onsite role requires entrepreneurial, highly organized, hospitality-minded leadership to design human, welcoming environments and programs that boost collaboration, safety, and employee belonging across multiple offices.
