Key Responsibilities

  • •Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions both in-person and remotely for our global operations team.
  • •Onboarding Excellence: Lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees into the business.
  • •Program Development: Design training programs rooted in adult learning principles and modern methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
  • •Quality & Compliance: Periodically evaluate training content to ensure audit-ready status and alignment with IT, regulatory, and product changes.
  • •Collaboration: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new client onboarding; partner with Instructional Designers and Business Solutions to create tailored e-learning and manuals.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience as a Trainer or in a related Learning & Development role, with a proven track record of delivering classroom and online learning.
  • •Certificate or Diploma in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
