Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex personal property insurance claims for USAA members within defined guidelines and state regulatory requirements. Manage a moderate-complexity claims caseload (with large-loss specialty in contents), partner with vendors and internal teams, and identify coverage concerns and subrogation potential. Use estimating technology and virtual inspection tools, maintain detailed claim files, support CAT/on-call needs, and serve as an informal resource to teammates.
