Key Responsibilities

  • •Remove barriers and create conditions for teams to execute product roadmaps and strategic priorities.
  • •Coach teams, Product Managers, and stakeholders on agile principles, practices, and mindsets while supporting self-organization and high performance.
  • •Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) and partner on backlog management, prioritization, and planning.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through inspection, feedback, and adaptation; manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
  • •Optimize flow using Scrum/Kanban (or hybrid ways of working) and support forecasting and DevOps transformation adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile product and technology organizations.
  • •Proven experience coaching teams and leaders in agile ways of working to drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Experience in scaled agile environments collaborating across multiple teams (SAFe, Spotify model, or similar).
  • •Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban/flow practices, including WIP management and delivery metrics.
  • •Solid project and delivery management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, risk/dependency coordination, and communication.
