Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, planning, risk, issues, communication, and integration management
  • •Manage Agile delivery frameworks and scale processes across teams and stakeholders
  • •Own project execution against contract/service order to meet client expectations and business outcomes
  • •Develop and maintain project artifacts (charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans) and report progress using tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence
  • •Oversee transition to production support, manage post-go-live activities, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos)

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years overall experience with 5+ years of core program management experience in healthcare technology and Agile frameworks
  • •Proven experience in RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, and value-based care models
  • •Hands-on experience delivering large system implementations, especially EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
  • •Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
  • •Proficiency with project management and Agile tools: JIRA (including writing complex JQL), Confluence, Smartsheet, and Rally; PMP preferred
