Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).

  • •Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
  • •Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform sales floor/stockroom tasks (climb, bend, kneel, maneuver).
