Originate residential first mortgage loans for outside referrals, managing the full lifecycle from application through closing. Build and maintain referral relationships, apply lender policies and underwriting guidelines, and complete Fannie Mae Form 1003 using a laptop workflow. Coordinate documentation, track loan pipeline progress, and communicate updates to branches and applicants. Drive mortgage sales and cross-selling objectives while accountable for risk, customer experience, and required management reporting.
