Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete three challenging Finance rotations across Honeywell, gaining exposure to different businesses, functions, and geographies.
  • •Contribute to real business challenges and decision-making processes from day one.
  • •Build financial and analytical capabilities through progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • •Participate in structured learning, leadership development, and networking activities across the program.
  • •Work with Finance teams across the organization while preparing for international relocations for subsequent rotations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a Romanian university (graduated no earlier than 2024).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • •Demonstrated interest in Finance through internships, academic projects, student organizations, or extracurricular activities.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems/tools such as SAP and Power BI (or similar platforms).
  • •Fluent English communication skills; ability and willingness to relocate internationally and eligibility to work in Romania for the initial rotation (commutable to Bucharest office).
