Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and success criteria.
  • •Build and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, proactively manage risks, and run intake, prioritization, and change control.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage dependencies to keep deliverables on time, in scope, and on budget.
  • •Interact daily with development, support, and global process owners to shape program plans and schedules for smooth delivery.
  • •Track and report project status, metrics, and health (RAG) to stakeholders, maintain documentation, facilitate meetings, and run retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing projects from initiation through close-out, including scope, schedule, risk, and quality management.
