Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of engineering management experience, or 2+ years of proven tech leadership experience with interest in team building.
  • •5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
  • •Understands and has practiced agile software development and management.
  • •Exposure to multiple languages and frameworks, and ability to manage engineers across different technical focus areas.
