Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates for projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • •Control and manage the estimating process at project level.
  • •Produce estimates without management or supervision, working as part of a team or independently with limited oversight.
  • •Support the development and promotion of estimating good practice within Turner & Townsend.
  • •Stay abreast of developments in your technical area to provide best-practice advice and represent the firm within client organisations.

Key Requirements

  • •A qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
  • •Proven experience working in the Defence sector.
  • •Demonstrable experience compiling, assuring, and delivering complex estimates and cost models.
  • •Experience working within an integrated Project Controls team.
  • •Excellent, flexible skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong written/verbal communication in a client-facing environment.
