Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the people partner for client orgs, advising on hiring, performance, structure, and hard conversations.
  • •Own immigration and visa sponsorship end to end, from case strategy through filing coordination with outside counsel.
  • •Own employee relations end to end by investigating, resolving, and documenting cases with judgment and speed.
  • •Run people rhythms for groups, including onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding at 10x growth.
  • •Coach managers, many of them first-time, into leaders their teams would choose again.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,000 - 178,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Owned an employer-sponsored immigration program directly (H-1B, O-1, L-1, or PERM) and can manage outside counsel.
  • •Experience as an HRBP or people partner through rapid scaling.
  • •Run sensitive employee-relations (ER) cases end to end with investigations that hold up.
  • •Move at operating speed with same-day answers rather than next-cycle policies.
  • •Know employment law well enough to know when to bring in counsel.
