Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to CRM optimization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in operations, revenue ops, analytics, or a related field
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn messy data into clear insights
  • •Comfort working with Claude Code, SQL, CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred), Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Metabase)
  • •Technically savvy; coding or scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a strong plus
  • •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
