Provide hands-on technical services to Datadog’s largest customers, advising on IT Operations, product adoption, and configuration to maximize value. •Advocate for customers by understanding goals and use cases, then suggesting process changes, product adoption, configuration and feature enhancements.
•Prepare for and participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
•Collaborate with product management, engineering and technical services to identify new features and products.

•Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher).
