Job Summary

Senior Automation Manager leads data integration, analytics, and report automation initiatives. You’ll manage a team of programmers/analysts across time zones, coordinate with client-servicing teams, drive project management and process improvements, coach staff, and deliver automated PowerPoint reports and interactive dashboards (Excel/Tableau/Power BI) while ensuring data quality and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team of programmers/analysts and coordinate project management and workload balancing to support client-serving teams across time zones.
•Set clear objectives, review performance, and develop team members’ knowledge and skills for advancement.
•Engage and influence key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes and ensure deliverables meet Ipsos standards of quality.
•Design and develop PowerPoint report automation programs, automated checking processes, and analytical tools using VBA and advanced Excel functions.
•Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel, Tableau, Power BI and/or other cloud-based platforms to support data-driven decisions.
•Oversee data integration of structured and unstructured data and perform data transformations for statistical analysis.

Key Requirements

•Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in dealing with data integration, data analytics/ statistics, and report automation.
•Good understanding of data visualization and able to act as a subject-matter expert on the effective use of graphics/design in relation to data representation.
•Proficient in Tableau or Power BI or other online dashboarding tools.
•Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to interact with all levels effectively.
•Strong problem-solving skill. Ability to deal with difficult situations objectively.
