Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the boutique High-End strategy across all high-value categories, ensuring commercial performance and desirability.
  • •Introduce and elevate High-End collections in store, ensuring Client Advisors are confident and proactive in presenting them.
  • •Personally lead and close strategic high-value transactions and build, monitor, and convert a robust High-End sales pipeline.
  • •Strengthen and elevate VIC portfolios, design bespoke client journeys, and execute targeted prospecting strategies through local networks and curated events.
  • •Oversee the full lifecycle of Special Orders and partner with Regional Merchandising to optimize assortment, stock visibility, and product focus.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in luxury retail with exposure to High-End, Fine Jewellery, Made-to-Measure, or bespoke categories.
  • •Demonstrated success managing and closing high-value transactions.
  • •Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills with Ultra-High-Net-Worth clientele.
  • •Ability to manage complex, long sales cycles with discretion, precision, and professionalism.
  • •Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire others.
