Associate Director, Structural Engineer - Water

Lead structural design delivery for complex reinforced concrete water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Scotland and the wider UK& I. Provide technical authority, manage structural design packages from concept through construction support, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Serve as a client and commercial influence through design reviews and bids, while mentoring Senior and Principal Engineers to grow the Water business and engineering capability in Scotland, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
