Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structural design delivery for complex reinforced concrete water infrastructure projects
  • •Act as technical authority for structural engineering decisions across multidisciplinary teams and oversee design outputs for quality and compliance
  • •Manage structural design packages from concept through detailed design and construction support, ensuring safe delivery within programme and commercial constraints
  • •Coordinate with civil, mechanical, process, and geotechnical disciplines and support project directors/programme managers in client delivery activities
  • •Mentor and develop Senior and Principal Engineers and help grow technical capability through knowledge sharing and a high-performance engineering culture

Key Requirements

  • •BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • •Chartered Engineer (MICE and/or MIStructE)
  • •Significant reinforced concrete and structural steelwork structural design experience in the water sector (or other highly regulated infrastructure sectors)
  • •Significant and broad ranging structural design experience
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing technical delivery
