Manage technical delivery for increments of the Ground Fire GF300 radar within a multi-discipline engineering team. Own planning and development strategy to meet time and quality objectives, define technical activities, identify required resources, and lead engineering execution using appropriate management tools. Participate in core team activities like technical reviews and advancement updates, and support technical customer interactions through documentation and verification evidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical management for the project and coordinate system engineering, hardware engineering, and software engineering teams.
•Analyze needs and propose solutions aligned with product policy.
•Define technical activities and the development strategy.
•Animate a multi-discipline team, prioritize activities, and identify required human resources.
•Set up suitable delivery/steering tools (lean tools, indicators) and conduct technical/advancement reviews; support technical customer relations with documentation and verification evidence.

Key Requirements

•BAC+5 (engineering school or equivalent) education.
•Proven experience managing development of complex systems and leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
•Strong understanding of systems design and architecture.
•Good knowledge of IVV and the development lifecycle on CHORUS.
•Leadership, analytical/synthesis mindset, rigor, resilience, and solid English skills (written and spoken).
