Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical management for the project and coordinate system engineering, hardware engineering, and software engineering teams.
  • •Analyze needs and propose solutions aligned with product policy.
  • •Define technical activities and the development strategy.
  • •Animate a multi-discipline team, prioritize activities, and identify required human resources.
  • •Set up suitable delivery/steering tools (lean tools, indicators) and conduct technical/advancement reviews; support technical customer relations with documentation and verification evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 (engineering school or equivalent) education.
  • •Proven experience managing development of complex systems and leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • •Strong understanding of systems design and architecture.
  • •Good knowledge of IVV and the development lifecycle on CHORUS.
  • •Leadership, analytical/synthesis mindset, rigor, resilience, and solid English skills (written and spoken).
