Job Summary

Own a portfolio of 50–75 high-value creator accounts and act as a trusted advisor to help them grow by optimizing email strategy and fully leveraging the Kit platform. Deliver proactive, strategic guidance to improve retention and expansion, using data and reporting to run tests and measure impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Deliverability to improve the creator experience and drive feature adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Dive into core systems, including the Kit platform, internal success workflows, and reporting tools.
•Shadow customer calls, review creator portfolios, and manage a small group of creators using internal playbooks and methodology.
•Own a portfolio of 50–75 high-value creator accounts, delivering proactive, strategic guidance and running initiatives/tests to improve retention and expansion.
•Establish trust-based relationships with creators and their teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to surface creator needs internally.
•Develop account plans and success strategies, identify patterns in creator needs, and act as a product expert for Product/Support/Marketing feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Creator Partnerships role.
•Experience supporting creators, digital entrepreneurs, or B2C SMBs.
•Managing a portfolio of high-value customers with quantifiable impact.
•Leading customer strategy across onboarding, success planning, renewals, risk mitigation, and expansion.
•Operating in a fast-paced startup or rapidly scaling SaaS environment.
