Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide clerical and administrative support across all Offender Management Unit areas, supporting Prison Offender Managers.
  • •Accurately create, maintain, and update offender records across computerised and local recording systems.
  • •Support transfers, new receptions, discharges, and licence production, and help with sentence planning, parole, re-categorisation, and release processes.
  • •Prepare and produce reports and maintain accurate audit trails of actions taken.
  • •File, archive, and control sensitive prisoner records in line with security and data protection requirements, while communicating with internal teams and external agencies.
