Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures for guest rooms and suites.
  • •Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, corridors, and pantries; ensure supplies, amenities, linens, and refreshment centers are replenished.
  • •Ensure proper equipment use and care, lost and found procedures, and accurate guest room status updates upon service completion.
  • •Report defects, incidents, guest complaints, and issues related to the Housekeeping Team Leader; escalate lost valuables and security-related items immediately.
  • •Perform turn-down service and towel art when required; provide bed decorations and bath ceremonies; assist with laundry coordination and training as requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade 12 or A-level education and fluent spoken and written English (other languages are a plus).
  • •2+ years of experience in a five-star (or higher) hotel housekeeping role.
  • •Skilled to perform the duties of a Housekeeping Attendant.
  • •Hospitality graduation is an advantage.
  • •Ability to maintain hygienic and safe work practices.
