Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vehicle data roadmap end-to-end, from on-device CAN/J1939/OBD-II capture and decoding through to the VDS in a scalable format.
  • •Drive the VDS roadmap, including ADAS feature integration and alert decoration framework for contextual safety events.
  • •Partner with internal PM stakeholders across safety, analytics, compliance, and coaching to define data enrichment needs.
  • •Define and execute an OEM integration strategy to expand vehicle data coverage and support proprietary data protocols.
  • •Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, balancing priorities across internal teams, OEM partners, and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, computer science, or related technical field preferred.
  • •5+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in product management in a technology or automotive/fleet environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience with vehicle data systems, including CAN bus protocols (J1939, OBD-II/J1979) or vehicle telemetry.
  • •Experience with ADAS systems or OEM safety platform integration is highly desirable.
  • •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
