Sym3 Staff Hardware Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical

Design and evaluate Sym3 plasma etch hardware for customers and field teams, focusing on plasma and thermal chamber service HVPs. Identify needed hardware performance improvements, then prototype and test changes with engineering teams and vendors. Collect and analyze engineering experiment data, compile reports, and generate marketing-facing documentation that demonstrates value to customers, while leveraging 5+ years of Sym3 etch hardware experience.
