•Own day-to-day product operations for the music distribution platform, ensuring stable and efficient distribution for artists and rights holders.
•Investigate and resolve operational issues (music distribution, metadata, content delivery, platform exceptions), identify root causes, and drive scalable solutions with cross-functional teams.
•Collect frontline user feedback, identify recurring operational pain points, and translate them into product requirements with Product Managers to deliver improvements.
•Monitor product performance and operational metrics, continuously optimize workflows and SOPs to improve the user experience.
•Drive localization and rollout of product features for the Japanese market and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to improve operational processes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, platform operations, or related roles in internet/digital/content platforms or the music industry.
•Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English to collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational challenges and drive product/process improvements.
•Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define requirements and deliver enhancements.
•Strong data analysis skills to optimize operational performance and improve workflows.
