Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the restaurant team and set the standard for a seamless, exceptional guest dining experience.
  • •Ensure proactive guest service by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and maintaining high satisfaction.
  • •Oversee restaurant operations including ambiance, set-up, service flow, and implementation of SOPs for daily procedures.
  • •Manage inventory, enforce health and safety standards, and maintain food quality controls and cleanliness.
  • •Drive revenue and profitability through pricing, promotions, cost control, financial analysis, and collaboration with culinary leadership on menus.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
  • •Leadership experience managing an upscale Italian concept restaurant, ideally in a dynamic, premium environment.
  • •Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, culture, and dining etiquette, with a passion for delivering an immersive dining concept.
  • •Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • •Fluency in English and Italian, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
