Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Solutions Engineering Academy bootcamp to master core product knowledge, sales methodologies, and demonstration techniques.
  • •Shadow and support the Commercial sales team throughout the sales cycle, including discovery calls and technical discussions.
  • •Conduct internal practice demonstrations of the Motive product, highlighting capabilities driven by AI and ML.
  • •Develop expertise in Motive's platform (IoT hardware, cloud data aggregation, and AI/ML features) that automate complex workflows.
  • •Prepare and deliver technical presentations and mock proposals articulating the value and functionality of Motive's solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree required.
  • •0-1 years of professional experience; internship experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or customer-facing role is a significant plus.
