Sanitation Supervisor

Direct the day-to-day sanitation activities for a poultry processing facility, overseeing the sanitation team’s cleaning and sanitizing of production lines and the plant. Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and legal requirements, partnering with Quality Assurance to maintain a food-safe environment. Lead enforcement of safety and food-safety standards, administer performance actions, support audits, and drive continuous improvement through training, coaching, and solution implementation.
