Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct supply planning support to customers and sales throughout the data center quote-to-cash process and keep customers updated with real-time planning and delivery information.
  • •Represent Operations in front of data center customers and serve as the one point of contact for data center customers and sales.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers for shipping documents and oversee order status and delivery dates.
  • •Coordinate with global sales and demand planning on customer forecasting and supply allocations.
  • •Manage suppliers database and provide a single view of the global supply chain for data center customers.

Key Requirements
