Manager - Metallurgy Special Projects

Lead and manage metallurgy characterization programs and special projects, including reporting and qualification of new processes and equipment. Set goals aligned with the SAO plan to deliver reliable, cost-effective, consistent, quality product outcomes for customers. Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, and the Metallurgy Leadership Team to drive operational excellence, quality improvement initiatives, and process improvements. Mentor junior metallurgists and support strategic and business planning for the technology group.
