Maintenance Process Coordinator / 2nd Shift

Coordinate maintenance-related and departmental work under the direction of the supervisor/manager to meet daily production goals. Set up line(s), deploy personnel, and serve as backup in the assigned area while ensuring compliance with company policies and USDA/OSHA regulations. Gather and report operational data, train and cross-train employees, and identify process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and repeat deficiencies. Promote safety initiatives and participate in departmental meetings.
