Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of critical Platform initiatives for the Scale Generative AI Platform (SGP), from scoping through production launch. Partner with platform engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to align complex technical dependencies across distributed systems, model serving, and APIs. Translate infrastructure performance metrics into actionable roadmaps, mitigate deployment risks, and define SLOs and adoption reporting to ensure reliable, secure global-scale platform maturity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic planning and high-velocity execution for SGP core capabilities (orchestration layers, model serving, APIs) from scoping to production launch.
•Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, Core ML, Research, and Product teams to deliver unified SGP capabilities with architectural consistency.
•Translate infrastructure metrics (LLM inference optimization, GPU utilization, compute orchestration) into actionable roadmaps and platform features for multi-tenancy, privacy, and isolation.
•Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks for massive-scale GenAI infrastructure and global deployments.
•Establish lightweight agile processes, define SLOs and performance benchmarks, and track SGP adoption and reliability metrics for executive visibility.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Software Engineer, with a proven track record of building and shipping technical products or platforms from scratch.
•3+ years managing programs focused on core engineering infrastructure, cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), or distributed systems.
•Foundational understanding of infrastructure for the Generative AI lifecycle, including high-throughput data pipelines and GPU/CPU cluster utilization.
•Demonstrated ability to present to and influence executive-level stakeholders by translating complex technical challenges into business impact.
•Advanced proficiency with iterative development and modern project management tooling (Linear, Jira).
