Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Design Management Team, including supporting team leadership and performance reviews.
  • •Lead Design Management projects across the UK and internationally and support leadership in their absence.
  • •Manage financial processes and invoicing, including cash flow projections and monthly financial reporting.
  • •Manage sub-consultants by preparing responsibility matrices, drafting and updating back-to-back contracts, and tracking invoice progress.
  • •Establish and implement design management procedures covering scope delineation, programming, deliverables, quality, budgets/change, approvals, and project meetings/workshops.
