Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
  • •Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts and ensure alignment with commercial processes at project level.
  • •Measure, value, submit, and negotiate contract variations and prepare, submit, and negotiate project final accounts.
  • •Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters and review/draft correspondence.
  • •Commercially vet subcontractor tenders and contracts, certify subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts, and support HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience, with 5 years relevant quantity surveying experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and budget management across project lifecycles.
  • •Proficiency in contract administration, including drafting/reviewing contracts and handling disputes.
  • •Ability to perform cost analysis, prepare detailed reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
