Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new security and automation system.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure safe work conditions for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in virtual and on-the-job training and ongoing coaching to grow within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales.
