Key Responsibilities

•Monitor production and check airflow; keep heaters in good condition when needed.
•Remove dead birds, catch loose birds, and walk rows to fix egg blockages.
•Maintain equipment and facilities by replacing light bulbs, cleaning egg transfers, blowing off egg collectors, and sweeping/blowing down barns as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

•Entry-level role with no prior experience and/or training required.
•Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•May be required to operate small hand tools, air compressors, and other equipment.
•Can stand and walk regularly and perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, climbing or balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
•Ability to handle, reach, talk or hear while performing essential job functions.
