Key Responsibilities

  • •Update the ALDAR legal compliance register, risk register and OH&S Management System OSHMS formats/elements to meet ADOSH/I SO 45001 requirements and support ADOSH audits
  • •Review trend analyses of unsafe acts/conditions and incidents to determine adequacy of controls and implement additional measures
  • •Review and approve site-specific risk assessments and approved method statements, including safe working procedures and new risk assessments
  • •Participate in OSH proactive monitoring activities (walks, site inspections, welfare facilities, audits, meetings) and generate required OSH reports
  • •Maintain and update OSH documentation, conduct management reviews, and ensure compliance across projects

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in OSH or NEBOSH Level 06 Diploma / NVQ Level 5 or above in Health and Safety
  • •NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate
  • •ISO 45001 lead auditor and ADOSH card (A or B) or OSH Practitioner course (ADVETI)
  • •Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication
  • •Experience in OSH management with large developer or construction firm (6+ years)
