Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach the team in Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, refinements, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).
  • •Remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and strengthen collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • •Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Quarkus, Angular, and associated web technologies, including writing and reviewing code and specifications.
  • •Support production delivery with maintenance and debugging for customer-facing web applications, and mentor colleagues on technical and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • •Strong software development background, ideally with Java and modern web technologies.
  • •Ability to balance team leadership with hands-on technical contributions.
  • •Comfort working across both legacy and modern applications.
  • •Fluency in English and strong collaboration with international teams and airline stakeholders.
