Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
•Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
•Support internal HR initiatives, including company-sponsored people programs and team communications.
•Take ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant and well-documented HR environment.
•Manage day-to-day recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination.

Salary: EUR 18,000 - 25,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers—ideally within a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
•Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
•Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies.
•Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services.
•Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework is a plus; excellent written and verbal English communication; Portuguese proficiency is a bonus.
