•Use Dyson’s sales model to engage and excite shoppers while meeting key success factors.
•Deliver an exceptional, well-informed shopper experience through discovery and product consultation.
•Act as the in-store representative for Dyson products and adhere to in-store demonstration and health & safety standards.
•Educate retail sales associate partners and shoppers on product features and benefits.
•Perform operational duties including visual merchandising, display cleanliness, stock replenishment, and store reporting using CRM and HRIS.

•Minimum of 2 years of in-person retail selling experience.

•Comfort with computer skills in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and using an iPad and related applications.
