Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact for assigned projects, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints/engineering specifications, and cutting-edge software/technology.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to maintain security and accountability of company-issued assets.

Key Requirements

•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•EPA Certification.
•Use blueprints/engineering specifications and apply HVAC theory, pipe fitting knowledge, and mechanical layouts to diagnose and repair equipment.
