Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and maintain responsibility for products/equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekend work as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability for company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to follow safety procedures and meet physical/environmental requirements for HVAC service work.
