Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver category sales, gross margin, and sell-through performance to plan.
  • •Develop annual/seasonal sales budgets, forecasts, and merchandise plans using seasonal/yearly trends and historical data.
  • •Manage OTB, replenishment orders, inventory targets (including stock turnover and terminal stock), and forward buys to plan.
  • •Implement markdown activities to reduce terminal stock and maximize profit, and communicate trading issues and forecasts with actions to senior management and the Buying team.
  • •Manage shipment, logistical processing, allocation, and supplier delivery performance; coordinate stock transfers and distribution to meet store targets.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in any discipline.
  • •3-5 years’ experience successfully implementing planning function of large-scale retail operations.
  • •Analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the retail industry.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively at management level.
