Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute commercialization strategies to drive Merchant Cloud adoption and revenue growth across South Asia.
  • •Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive differentiators; create customer value propositions, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
  • •Build and maintain senior-level relationships across the payments ecosystem and act as a trusted advisor on Merchant Cloud and payment acceptance strategies.
  • •Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product strategy and roadmap development; translate industry trends into scalable solutions.
  • •Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Franchise, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Technology; establish governance and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, acquiring, digital commerce, e-commerce, product management, strategy, consulting, or business development.
  • •Demonstrated success developing and executing commercialization or growth strategies.
  • •Experience working with financial institutions, PSPs, fintechs, merchants, and payment ecosystem participants.
  • •Strong track record managing strategic customer relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
