Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support BIM requirements discovery and development (OIRs, AIRs, EIRs, PIRs).
  • •Drive BIM implementation strategy, project setup, and BIM execution across multiple stages.
  • •Perform BIM information management, compliance checking, and data verification.
  • •Lead model assurance activities, including defining strategy and conducting model/BIM data analysis.
  • •Chair BIM workshops, present outcomes, and manage teams of BIM coordinators as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in BIM management across architecture, engineering, and construction projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Highly proficient English (Level C1 Advanced), with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Advanced skills configuring and managing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • •Author key BIM documentation (Asset Information Requirements, Exchange Information Requirements, Project Information Requirements, and where applicable, BIM Execution Plans).
  • •Advanced BIM authoring, validation, and coordination tool experience (e.g., Revit, AECOsim, Navisworks, Vectorworks, BIM Collab, Solibri Model Checker, IFC Checker) with up-to-date ISO 19650 knowledge.
