•Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, including social media, paid media, influencer engagement, content marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
•Develop compelling digital content, including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and multimedia assets.
•Oversee social media community management, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and ensuring regulatory compliance in all communications.
•Analyze digital campaign performance using data analytics tools, generating insights and recommendations for optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications, preferably in an agency setting
•Proven track record of managing digital campaigns for pharmaceutical or healthcare clients, including HCP and patient-targeted initiatives
•Strong understanding of digital channels including organic and paid social, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and content strategy
•Experience with regulatory and compliance guidelines for pharmaceutical communications (FDA regulations)
•Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM platforms, and social listening tools
