Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker II through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. Build customer profiles using a consultative process and Financial Needs Assessment, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and cross-sell to grow customer relationships and revenue. Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments and work with business partners to refer customers for holistic solutions while following risk and ethics policies.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls.
•Follow policies and procedures to manage risk, confidentially handle business matters, and support loan and bankcard processes from application to closing.

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through NMLS (MU4R registration required).
