  • •Lead Max-out and productivity improvement activity across Micron.
  • •Drive equipment performance improvement activities from inside and through suppliers.
  • •Execute front-end operations performance optimization and align priorities to Micron’s business plan and strategic objectives.
  • •Serve as a diffusion process expert to develop innovative process/control schemes and equipment solutions for NAND/DRAM business plan needs.
  • •Manage team execution: build cross-functional process organization, lead global alignment across technology and high-volume manufacturing, and support roadmaps through pilot ramp and technology development transfer.
