Key Responsibilities

  • •Project-manage engagement deployments end-to-end: plan work, configure product, manage dependencies/risks, secure sign-offs, and act as primary client contact through go-live.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans and forecasts, integrating customer testing schedules, tracking progress, and escalating critical risks early.
  • •Present in person and remotely to customer stakeholders using demos, walkthroughs, and working sessions to keep engagements aligned.
  • •Produce business requirements and functional design documents with lender business and technical resources, translating client needs into clear written specifications for Product Owners and integration teams.
  • •Complete end-to-end software and platform configuration changes and plan/execute integration testing and user acceptance testing through successful launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience delivering full-lifecycle SaaS software implementations and owning complex engagements as a subject-matter expert.
  • •Proven ability to project-manage multiple projects: project plan preparation/maintenance, scope control, and project risk management.
  • •Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present in person and remotely, tailoring messages to each audience.
  • •Strong skills writing clear requirements and specifications for Product Owners and technical integration teams, translating business needs into buildable scope.
  • •Hands-on technical configuration experience (e.g., screens, UI, application settings/parameters, branding) and working knowledge of JSON and APIs, including integration troubleshooting.
