Job Summary

Drive ElevenLabs’ growth across strategic enterprise accounts in the Netherlands’ Financial Services & Insurance segment. Own and expand a portfolio of accounts, identify new opportunities for conversational AI, and lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Translate AI voice and ElevenAgents capabilities into measurable business value for C-suite and economic buyers, while staying current on competitive trends and regulated-industry requirements. Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to support onboarding, deployment, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across the Netherlands, focused on Financial Services & Insurance, to meet revenue goals.
•Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI capabilities (including ElevenAgents) to improve customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
•Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by building business cases that connect AI voice technology to measurable value.
•Develop and maintain expertise in the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends for regulated Dutch organizations.
•Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
•Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
•Well-connected in the Dutch financial services and insurance landscape, with strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
•Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders and translating complex technology into business value.
•Native or full professional proficiency in Dutch, with strong English for internal collaboration.
