Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage preconstruction services from early development through start of construction.
  • •Perform critical-failure analysis and systematically de-risk the project during development.
  • •Develop and execute pre-construction and engineering scope of work, including preliminary design cost/schedule deliverables.
  • •Coordinate major equipment specifications and long-lead procurement with internal engineering teams.
  • •Coordinate environmental and site technical surveys and secure required pre-construction permits and agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in project management in construction, engineering, or a directly related field.
  • •Experience with pre-construction engineering and project-development/management, preferably for utility-scale renewables.
